"Change the World" est une chanson écrite par Tommy Sims, Gordon Kennedy et Wayne Kirkpatrick, dont la version la plus connue a été enregistrée par l'artiste britannique Eric Clapton pour la bande originale du film de 1996, Phenomenon. Le morceau a été produit par le producteur de disques R & B Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds. Clapton a enregistré le titre pour les groupes Reprise et Warner Bros. Records, a atteint le Top 40 dans 20 pays et a dominé les charts au Canada ainsi que les palmarès Adult Contemporary et Adult Top 40 du magazine Billboard aux États-Unis. Le single reçut huit prix, dont trois Grammy Awards, remportés par Clapton à la 39ème cérémonie annuelle en 1997.
