Cats on Trees est un groupe de pop rock français originaire de Toulouse1 et fondé en 20072. Il est composé de Nina Goern (voix et piano) et Yohan Hennequin (rythmique).
Être lauréat des « découvertes » de l'édition 2010 du Printemps de Bourges contribue à la médiatisation du duo et lui permet de rencontrer son producteur. Son premier album, Cats on Trees, a bénéficié d'un accueil favorable de la presse. Le groupe est nommé aux Victoires de la musique 2014, catégorie « Album révélation de l'année ».
