Rare Bird est un groupe de rock progressif britannique, originaire d'Angleterre. Formé en 1969 et bien que le groupe soit d'origine britannique, il rencontre plus de succès dans les autres pays européens. Rare Bird est principalement connu pour son single Sympathy, qui a atteint la 27e place des charts britanniques, et qui s'est vendu à un million d'unités dans le monde.
