Stormy Weather (Keeps Rainin' All the Time) est une chanson écrite par Ted Koehler et composée par Harold Arlen.
Elle est enregistrée pour la première fois en février 1933 par l'orchestre de Leo Reisman (en) et rencontre un certain succès, mais c'est l'interprétation d'Ethel Waters sur la scène du Cotton Club de Harlem la même année qui est restée célèbre. Sa version, enregistrée en mai, se classe en tête des ventes pendant 11 semaines.
Au fil des années, Stormy Weather est devenue un standard, qui a connu de nombreuses reprises dans des genres très divers.
En 1943, elle donne son titre au film musical Stormy Weather (Symphonie magique en français), où elle est interprétée par l'actrice Lena Horne. L'enregistrement original d'Ethel Waters est entré au Registre national des enregistrements de la Bibliothèque du Congrès en 2004.
